Email [email protected]with the subject "Refund", including the email address you used at checkout and the purchase date. You don't need to explain why.
3. Processing time
Once confirmed, we issue the refund within 5 business days. The time for it to appear on your statement depends on your payment method (card refunds can take 1–2 billing cycles). Refunds are made to the original payment method.
